Whew....made it across the border back into Minnesota. We were stopped at the border by the U.S. Border Agent who referred us for an inspection by the Agriculture Inspector as we admitted we had an Orange on board. After a brief discussion and inspection the Inspector allowed us to proceed w/o our Orange. As I looked out the rear view mirror as I drove away I could see him peeling the orange for his lunch...LOL.
We arrived on the North Shore and stayed at a campground just South of Two Harbors on Scenic Hwy 61. The next morning we watched the start of Grandma's Marathon one mile from the start line....they looked very "fresh" at that time. Here are a few shots of the racers...the wheelchair racers started the race.

People kept throwing clothes at us....wonder why?
The North Shore, like other parts of Minnesota, had received lots of rain and the creeks and rivers were roaring....
